Gentile interessato, desideriamo informarLa che il “Regolamento Europeo 2016/679 relativo alla protezione delle persone fisiche con riguardo al Trattamento dei Dati Personali, nonché alla libera circolazione di tali dati” (da ora in poi GDPR) prevede la tutela delle persone e di altri soggetti rispetto al trattamento dei dati personali.
La Impertek Srl, in qualità di “Titolare” del trattamento, ai sensi dell'articolo 13 del GDPR, pertanto, Le fornisce le seguenti informazioni:
Finalità del trattamento: La Impertek Srl tratterà i suoi dati personali per i rapporti commerciali.
Modalità di trattamento dei dati: I dati personali da Lei forniti formeranno oggetto di operazioni di trattamento nel rispetto della normativa sopracitata e degli obblighi di riservatezza.
Tali dati verranno trattati sia con strumenti informatici sia su supporti cartacei sia su ogni altro tipo di supporto idoneo, nel rispetto delle misure di sicurezza previste dal GDPR.
Obbligatorietà o meno del consenso: Il conferimento dei Suoi dati è facoltativo. Il mancato consenso non permetterà il normale rapporto commerciale.
Titolare e Responsabili del Trattamento: Il titolare del trattamento è Impertek Srl. I Responsabili del trattamento sono puntualmente individuati nel Documento sulla Privacy, aggiornato ogni anno, e debitamente nominati.
Diritti dell’interessato: In ogni momento potrà esercitare i Suoi diritti nei confronti del titolare del trattamento, ai sensi degli artt. da 15 a 22 e dell’art. 34 del GDPR.
Periodo di conservazione: I dati raccolti verranno conservati per un arco di tempo non superiore al conseguimento delle finalità per le quali sono trattati (“principio di limitazione della conservazione”, art.5, GDPR) e/o per il tempo necessario per obblighi di legge.
La verifica sulla obsolescenza dei dati conservati in relazione alle finalità per cui sono stati raccolti viene effettuata periodicamente.

The Impertek Srl, as "Data Controller", pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR, therefore, provides you with the following information:
Purpose of data processing: Impertek Srl will process your personal data for business relationships.
Data processing methods: The personal data you provide will be subject to processing operations in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and confidentiality obligations.
The data will be processed both with computer tools and on paper and on any other type of suitable support, in compliance with the appropriate security measures according to the GDPR.
Obligatory or less consent: The provision of your data is optional. Failure to consent will not allow the normal commercial relationship.
Data Controller and Data Processors: The Data Controller is Impertek Srl. The Data Processors are exactly identified in the Privacy Document, updated every year, and duly appointed.
Rights of the Interested party: you can always exercise your rights towards the data controller, in accordance with articles from 15 to 22 and art. 34 of the GDPR.
Retention period: the data collected will be kept for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed ("conservation limitation principle", art.5 GDPR) and/or on the basis of the deadlines established by law.
The verification of the obsolescence of the stored data in relation to the purposes for which it was collected is carried out periodically.
